Originally from Sri Lanka and now based in the U.S., Dilan is a husband, cat dad, and podcast host — usually not in that order.

Ben Tauber is a father, CEO coach, and computer scientist. He’s an entrepreneur with an exit to Google and a former CEO and board member of the Esalen Institute.

These days, he helps founders and leaders level up — and he’s now bringing those conversations to a wider audience as a podcast host.
